Welcome The New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS) is a small business program that enables unemployed people to put their business ideas into practice. Eligible participants receive small business training, business plan development, mentor and income support for up to twelve months. NEIS is a Federal Government Job Network initiative operated in the ACT, Queanbeyan, Monaro and Goulburn regions by CREEDA (Capital Region Enterprise and Employment Development Association).
